Ethical Values

Our UZ-AR ethical values ​​cover the basic behavior and principles of the company, and are based on conducting business in accordance with the highest national and international legal and ethical rules and principles. Our code of ethics is the cornerstone of this commitment and sets each employee's expectations when interacting with management, customers, business partners and the people in the communities in which we do business. It also guides all business partners acting on behalf of UZ-AR, including suppliers, consultants, contractors, distributors or other third-party representatives.

All activities carried out within the framework of our UZ-AR ethical values ​​are implemented in accordance with national and international legal regulations and current quality standards. Clear and full statements are submitted on time to the regulatory institutions and organizations determined within the scope of the law, and to other accredited institutions that receive audit services voluntarily. UZ-AR holds itself responsible for the implementation of these obligations. Our employees act in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Turkey, international law and moral values, depending on the ethical values ​​of our company. UZ-AR's code of ethics, which covers international law practices, respects the legal rules and social values ​​of every country in which it operates and works with this awareness.

Another most important component of UZ-AR's ethical values ​​is its customer-oriented approach. In order to maintain this, customer satisfaction-oriented improvement studies are carried out. It prevents consumer victimization and supports problems with its fast problem solver and accessible identity in all kinds of problems that the customer may encounter, including the delivery of the produced product to the end user and the next process. It has adopted a win-win approach with its suppliers of goods and services and acts in accordance with the legislation.

UZ-AR ethical values ​​cover all employees equally. It does not accept and does not tolerate any of its employees to be exposed to or give psychological pressures such as discrimination, exclusion or intimidation. It is at an equal distance to all people and institutions it works with, regardless of language, religion, race or gender. It is aimed to create a working environment where all kinds of differences are tolerated.

UZ-AR has made environmental protection one of its basic ethical rules. Apart from the legal regulations it applies, it carries out its studies to prevent waste by using the environmental solutions it has developed and the energy resources it uses efficiently. Waste and all kinds of pollution resulting from production activities are kept under control and disposal is ensured in line with our legal and environmental management system policy.

If compliance with global business ethics standards and other corporate policies and procedures appears to conflict with local laws and regulations, employees are directed to discuss their concerns with our law department so that any suspicious issues can be clarified.
