UZ-AR evaluates product management and product safety in terms of manufacturer, maintenance and application services.
UZ-AR carries out its product design by considering the economy, environment, exposure and its negative effects on all our stakeholders.
As a maintenance company due to our product and service repertoire, UZ-AR plays an important role in achieving its sustainability goals by supporting its customers' life cycle activities.
At UZ-AR, the product design process is an important process in which all processes are included and controlled. It is the first step for product safety management.
The production and formulation of the products in the UZ-AR product range are carried out by an expert team by evaluating many variables such as current legal obligations, operational technical conditions and market expectations.

KKDIK

- In the EU legislation harmonization process, “Registration, Evaluation, Authorization and Restriction of Chemicals (KKDIK) Regulation” was established in line with the scope of REACH.

- The European Union's “Registration, Evaluation, Authorization and Restriction of Chemicals (REACH) Regulation” is vital for the entire global chemical industry. As a supplier, manufacturer, importer and buyer of chemicals, our priority is to comply with REACH regulations and ensure that the supply of goods to us and our customers is not interrupted. To support the successful implementation of REACH, we coordinate the exchange of information throughout the supply chain by cooperating with our customers and suppliers.

SDS and GLOBAL HARMONIZED LABEL MANAGEMENT - SEA
UZ-AR classifies its products within the scope of SEA(Regulation on Classification, Labeling and Packaging of Substances and Mixtures” ((Official Gazette dated 11/12/2013 and numbered 28848 (Repeated)), which is compliant worldwide according to the United Nations' Globally Harmonized System of Classification and Labeling of Chemicals (GHS). UZ-AR uses this classification methodology on all SDS and product labels. Our SDSs are provided directly to customers in the official language(s) of the country.
TRANSPORTATION - ADR LABEL
The transportation, loading and unloading processes of the inputs used in UZ-AR and the products out of production are carried out according to the relevant legislation of the Ministry of Transport and International ADR rules.

NSF - WHITE BOOK - NonFood
- Inquire about UZ-AR's registered products under NSF -WHITE BOOK -NonFood- in the following categories.
G5 – cooling and retort water products
G6 – boiler, steam line products, food contact
G7 – boiler, steam line products, non-food contact
- UZ-AR products registered to this program are listed with the NSF “Non Food” mark on the product label.
- NSF records products used in and around food and beverage processing areas and facilities. This registration ensures that a particular product meets food safety requirements globally. In addition, using NSF registered products ensures that customers comply with “Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point (HACCP)” guidelines.
- The NSF Non-Food Compounds program - NonFood covers a range of products including lubricants, cleaners, water treatment products, laundry products, anti-microbial products and hand care products.
NSF/ANSI/CAN 60 Certified Products
- Our NSF/ANSI/CAN 60 certified products are used for antiscalant and purification in drinking water systems. UZ-AR products certified in this program have the NSF/ANSI/CAN 60 mark on the product label.
- UZ-AR is in the market with its products certified in the NSF/ANSI/CAN 60 program to provide accessibility to our customers all over the world.
- For water treatment plants and other industries that use drinking water, it is important that the products they use in water treatment are NSF/ANSI/CAN 60 certified. This certification ensures that products meet global public health standards and requirements and do not cause adverse effects on human health.
- Products covered by this program include corrosion and scale control chemicals, pH adjustment chemicals, softening, precipitation and separation chemicals, coagulation and flocculation chemicals, well drilling products, disinfection and oxidation chemicals, and other specialty chemicals
MANAGEMENT OF BIOCIDAL PRODUCTS
Production of biocidal products is carried out within the scope of THSK “Biocidal Products Regulation” of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Turkey. Market control is carried out in accordance with the "Product Safety and PDG" legislation of the Ministry of Commerce of the Republic of Turkey.
POOL WATER AUXILIARY CHEMICALS
Production of pool water auxiliary chemicals is carried out within the scope of KKDIK. Labeling is carried out according to the SEA regulation, and market control is carried out according to the "Product Safety and PDG" legislation of the Turkish Ministry of Commerce.
POOL WATER ALGAE PREVENTIVE AND DISINFECTANTS
Production of pool water algae inhibitors and disinfectants is carried out within the scope of THSK "Biocidal Products Regulation" of the Ministry of Health. Market control is carried out in accordance with the "Product Safety and PDG" legislation of the Ministry of Commerce of the Republic of Turkey.
SURFACE DISINFECTANTS
The production of surface disinfectants is carried out within the scope of THSK "Biocidal Products Regulation" of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Turkey. market control is carried out in accordance with the "Product Safety and PDG" legislation of the Ministry of Commerce of the Republic of Turkey.
INDUSTRIAL CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE CHEMICALS
Industrial Cleaning and Maintenance Chemicals are produced within the scope of KKDIK. Labeling is carried out according to the SEA regulation, and the market control is carried out in accordance with the "Product Safety and PDG" legislation of the Turkish Ministry of Commerce.
BOILER AND COOLING WATER CONDITIONING CHEMICALS PRODUCTION
Boiler and Cooling Water Conditioning Chemicals are produced within the scope of KKDIK. It is carried out within the scope of TSE EN standards, REACH, ECHA, EPA applications. Labeling is carried out according to the SEA regulation, market control is carried out according to the Product Safety and PDG regulations of the Turkish Ministry of Commerce.
