Work Environment and Process Safety
UZ-AR carries out the expectations and legal obligations of its employees, all customers in the supply chain and other relevant parties in all office, production site and storage areas in accordance with the "Integrated Management System Standards". UZ-AR has created the "Integrated Management Policy" within this framework. Management and operation processes are planned and implemented according to this policy.
UZ-AR has appointed an occupational safety specialist, a workplace doctor, an environmental officer and TMGD, whose qualifications have been defined in accordance with the legislation due to its obligations. In addition, it provides workplace safety by working voluntarily with various consultants and inspection organizations.
UZ-AR production site is licensed in accordance with the relevant legislation and all necessary environmental permits have been obtained. Our production site has been certified by the Turkish Ministry of Health, THSK.
It is regularly audited by the NSF according to the ANSI 60 standard.
For the controls and measurements to be made in the field, we work with institutions and organizations that are competent in accordance with the legislation and in the scope of our "External Service Provider Management" process.
In accordance with the Integrated Management System Policy, UZ-AR has created training plans for the quality, OHS and environmental competencies of our employees, who are the most valuable assets of our company, and they are given regularly and raise awareness in these areas.
UZ-AR organizes trainings and exercises at regular intervals in order to ensure continuous safety within the facility in accordance with legal and technical conditions, to raise awareness about this issue and to gain competence, with its human health approach and the concept of owning the business. Continuous improvement is ensured by evaluating training activities.
The participation of our employees in the process, their suggestions and feedback are the most important resources for continuous improvement. The satisfaction of our employees is an important quality target for us.
Business sustainability analyzes and risk assessments are made, and necessary actions are taken at the right time and business continuity is ensured.
In order to ensure the working environment and process safety, environmental dimensions and OHS hazards are determined and risk analyzes are made. In this direction, action plans are created and continuous improvement is ensured in this way.
UZ-AR has created emergency plans for all working environments, distributed assignments for the moment of emergency, and supports these studies with exercises, ensuring that its employees are ready in case of any emergency.
The “Major Industrial Accidents Prevention Policy” has been established as a legal obligation. It is regularly reviewed and updated. Control is provided by creating a field security plan.
“Waste Management Plan” has been created and implemented.
“Zero Waste Management” is maintained.
