UZ-AR business ethics is formed from the basic principles and policies in the fields of sustainability, quality, occupational health and safety, environment, energy and information security. It is aimed to increase customer satisfaction through our conscious purchasing approach and the quality products and services we offer. At this point, our suppliers help us to meet the needs of our customers with the products and services they have produced with a sense of responsibility.
As UZ-AR, we have made it our main priority to establish a sustainable relationship with the suppliers in the procurement process of the materials necessary for the continuity of our production and service activities.
With this approach:
- All our activities in supply chain management are carried out in accordance with legal obligations and ethical rules, by establishing fair, impartial and transparent business relations with all our suppliers without discrimination, by considering quality and deadline performance, stability and price flexibility.
- We aim to establish long-term sustainable business relationships with companies that comply with our supplier selection and measurement evaluation criteria.
- Our suppliers, who are experts in their fields, financially and operationally reliable, complying with the necessary national/international obligations, and having certificates/documents, have priority in the supply of all products and services.
- Our suppliers, who respect human rights, try to protect natural resources, invest in technology, and prioritize occupational health and safety, are our priority.
- UZ-AR prefers to work with suppliers who carefully protect their intellectual and industrial property, the confidentiality of technology and personal data and do so. Likewise, it takes care to protect the intellectual property, confidentiality of technology and personal data of our suppliers.
- We expect our suppliers to adapt to world and country strategy approaches.
- We support the suppliers by establishing a training and information sharing network to make the strategic cooperation sustainable and to contribute to their development and to ensure that they are capable of meeting our expectations.
- We audit our suppliers in accordance with our supplier selection and evaluation criteria for performance monitoring and continuous improvement.
- By cooperating with our suppliers, we use their feedback and sharing as a resource for continuous improvement.
